Effective training is a valuable skill. For, trainees can be only as good as their trainers. In order to increase the effectiveness of skill-training programmes, it is essential that those entrusted with imparting these skills be trained to do it in a way that is easily grasped by the trainees. This is what we do at the ¹úÂ鶹ÊÓƵ;T Skill Trainers Academy.

Curriculum
The curriculum is curated with technical expertise from ¹úÂ鶹ÊÓƵ;T Skill Trainers Academy, under the MOU signed between Directorate of Vocation Education & Training(DVET) and ¹úÂ鶹ÊÓƵ;T Skill Trainers Academy to develop a top-class, training programme based on pedagogy, hands-on domain practice and soft skills for ITI instructors in the skilling ecosystem.
Certification
On successful completion of the 5-day training, participants are awarded a Certificate of Participation jointly signed by DVET and ¹úÂ鶹ÊÓƵ;T STA.
Programme Highlights
- All programmes are conducted by certified Master Trainers with rich industry experience.
- Â The curriculum focuses on Domain Training and the best practices in 'How to teach', with emphasis on Lesson Planning and Adult Learning. Adequate practice is given through teach-back sessions.
- The training is conducted in well-equipped classrooms which are designed for interactive and experiential learning. Hands-on practice is given in state-of-the-art laboratories and workshops with equipment for domain training.
- Value-add by subject matter experts from ¹úÂ鶹ÊÓƵ;T and other reputed organisations.
- Certificates are issued to successful candidates signed by DVET and ¹úÂ鶹ÊÓƵ;T STA.
- All the programmes are residential and offer opportunities for learning life skills and soft skills for the holistic development of trainers.
- Activities like yoga, team building and sports make the training holistic, inspiring and impactful.
