S N Subrahmanyan (SNS) is the Chairman & Managing Director of Larsen & Toubro, a multi-billion-dollar conglomerate, spanning across Engineering, Infrastructure, Information Technology and Financial Services. He also holds diverse leadership positions as Chairperson of ¹úÂ鶹ÊÓƵ;T Finance Holdings Ltd and Chairman of LTIMindtree, ¹úÂ鶹ÊÓƵ;T Technology Services, and ¹úÂ鶹ÊÓƵ;T Metro Rail (Hyderabad) Limited.

He is responsible for the Hydrocarbon Onshore & Offshore, Carbonlite Solutions, Green & Clean Energy, Asset Management & Offshore Wind Businesses of ¹úÂ鶹ÊÓƵ;T. A graduate in Chemical Engineering, Mr. Sarma completed his Master’s degree from IIT Mumbai. A seasoned professional, he has over 40 years of experience, with 30 years being in the Middle East.
Mr. R. Shankar Raman is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a Cost Accountant. Over the past 35 years, Mr. Shankar Raman has worked for leading listed corporates in varied capacities in the field of finance. Mr. Shankar Raman joined ¹úÂ鶹ÊÓƵ;T Group in November 1994 to set up ¹úÂ鶹ÊÓƵ;T Finance Limited, a wholly owned Subsidiary.
Mr. S.V. Desai, a second rank holder in Civil Engineering from Gulbarga University, Karnataka in 1984 and a Post-Graduate [M Tech] from IIT Madras in 1986, started his career with National Buildings Construction Corporation Limited [NBCC] as Management trainee.
He was involved in Light Combat Aircraft [LCA], HAL and then four years at Male’ Rep. of Maldives for an Hospital project, funded by Govt. of India on deputation to MEA.
Mr. T. Madhava Das, a graduate in Electrical Engineering from Regional Engineering College (now NIT), Calicut, joined ¹úÂ鶹ÊÓƵ;T in 1985 as a Graduate Engineering Trainee (GET). He later completed his Post Graduation from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar.
Mr. Anil V. Parab (AVP) is a Mechanical Engineer from V.J.T.I., Mumbai (1982) and joined ¹úÂ鶹ÊÓƵ;T as a GET on the Powai Heavy Engineering shopfloor. He acquired Senior Executive Management Education from the London Business School & Indian Institute of Management (Ahmedabad).
